Workforce Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Optimization Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency by leveraging advanced staffing and scheduling strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Predict workforce needs based on historical and real-time data analysis.
  • Configure and optimize scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand.
  • Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable workforce solutions.
  • Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in workforce management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in workforce optimization implementations or managed services is highly preferred.
