Our company is a fast-growing software development organization with international presence in the USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, and Australia.
We specialize in mobile app development, enterprise solutions, CRM, CMS, process automation software, Salesforce, and Odoo services.
Role Overview:
As a strategic Upwork Bidding & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining strategies, optimizing proposals, selecting high-value projects, mentoring a team of bidders, and driving higher conversion rates.
The ideal candidate should have
- a proven track record of closing high-value projects on Upwork;
- experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members);
- a strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates;
- expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication;
- knowledge of software development services (mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.);
- excellent analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance;
- and excellent written and spoken English.
Key Requirements:
The selected candidate will have
- at least 3 years of experience in Upwork bidding;
- strong relationships with international clients;
- and expertise in software development services.
