Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our retail operations in a designated region.
  • The ideal candidate will drive comprehensive business growth, operational excellence, and team development across multiple stores.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing store profitability through revenue and cost target achievement.
  • Spearhead and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and team adoption of new processes.
  • Develop and retain high-performing store teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and reduces attrition.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores, focusing on educating customers about personalized plans.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and operational data to generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining consistent brand standards and operational efficiency.
  • Implement national strategies at a local level, providing valuable market feedback and contributing to the evolution of our retail model.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7-8 years of experience with Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of experience with Master's Degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA college.
  • Proven track record in managing Store level P&L and driving financial results.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and successfully implementing change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to operational excellence.
