Pricing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Specialist to drive pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in pricing management (preferably in the pump industry or similar).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
