About Our Role

As a Specialist in HR Shared Services, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and other customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries, executing transactions, and conducting data audits.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 3-4 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
