We are seeking a highly skilled IT administrator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
  • This pivotal position involves ensuring the continuous availability of IT services through vigilant monitoring and proactive health checks.
  • The successful candidate will oversee planned maintenance activities, controlling alert blackout requests and ensuring adherence to approved change or release windows for minimized impact on IT services and infrastructure.
  • Additional responsibilities include performing other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage 24x7 IT infrastructure and application performance.
  • Perform regular health checks to ensure IT services availability.
  • Oversight of planned maintenance activities, including controlling alert blackout requests.
  • Engage with IT Incident Management teams to promptly restore IT services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications from an accredited university.
  • Proficiency in performing regular health checks and managing 24x7 monitoring of IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Strong communication skills for alerting critical/high severity alerts to stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
