Our team seeks a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Administrative Operations Manager.">

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating with faculty and staff, overseeing functions of the staff and students, facilitating communication within the department and the US office, and providing support to medical students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate various administrative activities to ensure smooth operation of the department.
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the functions of the staff and students, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilitate communication within the department and the US office to promote collaboration and productivity.
  • Provide support to medical students and staff to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Master's degree in any field preferred.
