
Global Medical Affairs System Administrator

This role is responsible for providing technical leadership and system optimization for global medical affairs systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Veeva Medical CRM Engage, MedComms, Anju IRMS, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary technical expert for supported systems.
- Lead implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support for system integrations, data migrations, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to supported systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in technical role supporting medical systems.
- Strong understanding of medical operations processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Veeva Medical CRM Engage, MedComms, Anju IRMS, and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, database management, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with medical data standards.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
