Product Owner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Product Owner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, working closely with the development team to ensure that products meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define Product Vision:
  • Create and prioritize product backlog items with the development team
  • Work with Development Team:
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team
  • Ensure Clear Requirements:
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries
  • Manage Product Roadmap:
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and release schedule
  • Monitor Product Performance:
  • Track product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology / Health care / FMCG company
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA
  • Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must
Technical Expertise
  • Digital technologies of B2C / B2B/ E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development
  • CMS tools viz stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager are an advantage
  • Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
  • MS Teams, Point, Project, Jira, Visio, Power Point, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources
  • Good Project Management skills managing multiple small /medium projects simultaneously
