Key responsibilities will include defining and articulating a forward-looking technology vision, owning the technical roadmap, and making sound architectural and design decisions across multiple technology stacks. Required skills and qualifications include 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology, experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software, proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, technical depth in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development, demonstrated ability to scale engineering organizations and lead distributed teams across regions, strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership, excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels, and the ability to travel globally to meet with development teams, collaborate with executives and meet with large clients.
