Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Edapally, Kochi (Work from Office)

Notice Period: Immediate

Experience: 2–5 years in a customer-facing role (Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM (with UG in B.Com / B.Sc) – Minimum 60% throughout academics

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline multiple ongoing initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, stakeholders, and clients.   • Manage daily operations and oversee end-to-end execution of tasks/projects.

  • Support budgeting, tracking, reporting, and operational execution.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
  • Participate in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and process flow across initiatives.
