About this role
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Develop a comprehensive data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Team Leadership: Provide training and development to enhance the team's skills in data management and reporting.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports, delivering key insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and integrate data across systems.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Work with Data Engineering to assess and implement data tools and platforms.

What you'll need

  • 5-10 years of experience in data management and reporting with leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
