Welcome to the role of Chief Identity Security Officer, responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • MFA Implementation & Migration: Drive the successful migration project from existing systems to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on MFA technologies, providing technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Design & Architecture: Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet security needs while complying with industry regulations.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in identity and access management, with expertise in MFA technologies, policy development, and user training.
