Identity Operations Engineer Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud are required.
  • You should be comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions.
  • The role requires good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk.
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types is essential.
  • Designing Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow, and contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits are also key responsibilities.
  • Agile team working experience is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products preferably SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk.
  • Good experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types [Webservice, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.], HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.
  • Good experience in designing Role Based Access Control system, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow.
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Experience in contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits.
  • Experience in working with Agile teams.

Working Conditions:

  • Routine shift, Sat & Sunday: Working, rotational offs in mid of the week.
