Job Title: Enterprise Identity Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Enterprise Identity Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of applications, interacting with application owners, and coordinating the integration process.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's identity governance needs and create strategies to address them
  2. Collaborate with application owners to identify requirements and develop plans for integration
  3. Coordinate the development and testing of custom code required for integration
  4. Work closely with internal engineers to ensure that integrations meet governance best practices and application requirements
  5. Provide support and training to application teams during UAT
  6. Maintain accurate records of onboarded applications and their status
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and productivity

Qualifications

  • 7-9 years' experience in enterprise identity management as an engineer or analyst
  • Proficiency in developing custom workflows for lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint-based identity and access management solutions
  • Expertise in role-based access control (RBAC) analysis and implementation
  • Hold a Sailpoint IdentityNow certification

Key Skills

  • Access lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes)
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) & attribute-based access control (ABAC)
  • Policy, risk, and compliance alignment (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Integration with HR systems, Active Directory, cloud applications, and custom systems
  • Custom development of connectors, workflows, and provisioning scripts
