We are seeking a seasoned security expert to lead our SAP Security design and restructuring initiatives. As a Senior SAP Security Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and BW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SAP security strategies to ensure compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD) requirements, and audit controls.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Design and maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization issues, IDM provisioning problems, and SAP cloud access challenges.
  • Lead large-scale SAP Security design and restructuring projects from conception to completion.

  • SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
  • SAP Identity Management (IDM)
  • Soterion security management tool
  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in SAP security design principles and role architecture.
  • Strong understanding of SoD risk identification and remediation methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC, and IDM.
  • Experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and related SAP environments.

Education and Certifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • SAP security certifications (highly regarded).

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security (e.g., SAP BTP).
