Role: Chief Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data architect to lead our organization's data strategy.

The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data systems, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and high-performance data processing pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to the enterprise data warehouse.

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models with associated metadata, including data lineage and technical data definitions.

• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

• Lead the development of data transformation and cleansing requirements, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.

• Collaborate with the BI team to evaluate, design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards.

• Partner with key stakeholders to translate business information needs into well-defined data requirements.

• Leverage transactional information, data from ERP, CRM, HRIS applications to model, extract, and transform into reporting & analytics.

• Define and document the use of business intelligence through user experience/use cases, prototypes, test, and deploy BI solutions.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, outliers, quality issues, and continuously validate reports, dashboards, and suggest improvements.

• Train business end-users, IT analysts, and developers.
