As a Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for performing real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, and applications using various tools. Your primary objective is to identify, acknowledge, and log alerts, escalate incidents to support teams, and document actions taken.

The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hands-on experience in monitoring tools and ticketing systems, as well as strong communication skills.

Additionally, the successful candidate will work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. We require individuals with meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet tight deadlines.

Our team is looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in IT monitoring or helpdesk roles. Exposure to ITIL process and certification in basic IT/NETWORKING is highly valued.
