Job Description

As a senior executive, you will lead the pharma business services vertical, driving end-to-end P&L leadership and strategic partnerships to scale innovation in pharma services.

  • Business Strategy & Growth: Define the long-term vision, identify new revenue streams, and build go-to-market plans for pharma clients.
  • Client Engagement & Sales: Build senior-level relationships, lead business pitches, drive account growth, and close contracts.
  • Program Delivery & Operations: Oversee execution of 40+ patient support programs, ensuring high quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team, fostering a culture of ownership and execution excellence.
  • P&L Management: Own revenue, profitability, budgeting, and cost optimization for the Pharma Services vertical.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with strong B2B sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector, having worked with both MNC and Indian pharma companies. They have a proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams across geographies, possess solid P&L management skills, and bring deep understanding of patient support programs and the healthcare ecosystem. Willingness to relocate to Navi Mumbai and strong communication abilities are essential.
