Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning: Identify open positions for the respective Business Unit (BU) and leverage diverse sourcing channels to find suitable candidates.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Collaborate with key stakeholders (candidates, line managers, HR operations, etc.) for recruitment-related activities and interview processes.
  • Monthly/Quarterly Review: Analyze recruitment gaps to ensure adherence to headcount targets and minimize hiring gaps across all levels.

Performance Management Objectives:

  • Appraisal Process Coordination: Work closely with the business to ensure timely completion of all stages of the performance appraisal process through regular communication with concerned stakeholders.
  • Employee Lifecycle Activities: Assist in smooth management of appraisal outcomes and employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, rotations, and succession planning.

Learning and Development Initiatives:

  • Needs Identification: Collect and analyze data to assist the HR Senior Relationship Manager in identifying learning and development needs for the BU/Division/Department.
  • Training Delivery: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders monthly/quarterly to address challenges or issues in delivering training interventions as per the established plan.

Employee Engagement Strategies:

  • Meetings and Discussions: Participate in meetings with HR Senior Relationship Manager to drive BU-specific and PAN Bank employee engagement activities and interventions.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze data, identify trends, and suggest solutions to BU Heads on talent management and strategies for high-potential employees.

Employee Relations Best Practices:

  • Regulatory Information Communication: Communicate relevant regulatory information, information security, bank policies, and guidelines to reduce cases of code of conduct violations and fraud within specific BUs.
