
Acquisition Business Growth Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to foster and nurture relationships with key clients, comprehensively understanding their investment needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business expansion.
- Responsibilities include acquiring new business opportunities within designated client clusters, cross-selling financial products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and structured products.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the business with key accounts, setting and achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
- Maintaining knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, providing market intelligence and insights to internal teams for informed decision-making.

- Proven track record of successful business growth through relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective business strategies.
