Lead Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the insurance or ecommerce category, with a proven track record of leading performance marketing capabilities including customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Analyze campaign results to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record of leading performance marketing capabilities
  • Deep understanding of data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
