ServiceNow Architect

The ServiceNow Architect plays a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This expert will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that align with business requirements.

Solution architects bring architectural guidance, business acumen, and deep product expertise to drive innovation and knowledge capital based on industry best practices.

This role involves:

  • Successful delivery of ServiceNow projects, including implementation of specified modules.
  • High client satisfaction and positive feedback.
  • Optimization and performance of ServiceNow instances.
  • Adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Effective guidance and mentorship of junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience and at least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
  • Implementation or management experience on various ServiceNow modules, including Customer & Contract Management, Complex Case Workflow, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Mobile Publishing, Platform Analytics (Advanced), and Automation Engine.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications and systems.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and diagrams.
  • Foundation Certifications: (Mandatory)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM and CIS-CSM)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Key Architecture Certifications: (Mandatory)
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or
  • Certified Master Architect (CMA)

Key Responsibilities:

This role is part of the Engineering - Software & QA department within the Financial Services industry.

The ideal candidate should have any graduate degree and a postgraduate degree is preferred.

This is a full-time, permanent position in the software development category.
