**Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design Leadership**: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
- **Platform Governance**: Define governance policies and ensure consistency.
- **Technical Leadership**: Act as the authority on ServiceNow, mentoring developers and administrators.
- **Proposal Participation**: Contribute to bids and proposals, developing technical solutions.
- **Integration Strategy**: Oversee integration strategies with third-party systems.
- **Service Catalog Optimization**: Work on expanding and optimizing service catalogs.
- **Incident & Problem Management**: Improve incident and problem management processes.
- **Platform Scalability**: Ensure platform scalability and performance.
- **Innovation**: Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure quality and reliability through architecture reviews and testing.
- **Documentation**: Promote the creation of architectural documentation.
- **Vendor Collaboration**: Work with ServiceNow vendors for platform alignment.
- **Experience**: 8-12+ years in ServiceNow development/architecture, with successful implementations.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Workflows).
- Experience in Service Catalog development and integration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, Virtual Agent, and AI tools.
- Integration experience with third-party tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new features and best practices.
- **Certifications**: Preferred certifications in multiple ServiceNow modules (CAD, CIS).

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
