- Operational Oversight: Direct and manage ocean freight operations (FCL, LCL, imports, exports) in the West region, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements and company SOPs.">
- P&L Performance: Drive revenue growth, gross profit optimization, and cost reduction targets for the ocean freight product in the region.">
- Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, NVOCCs, and vendors to secure competitive procurement rates and optimal space allocation.">
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and account management teams to support business expansion, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase market share in key trade lanes.">
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review regional performance through KPIs (transit times, documentation accuracy, operational efficiency) and implement corrective actions to ensure service reliability.">
We're seeking an experienced professional with a background in logistics or supply chain management. Your expertise should include:

- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.">
- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience in logistics, preferably with regional or P&L responsibilities.">
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic.">
- Sustainability Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainability practices in shipping and logistics.">
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of international trade regulations and customs processes.">
