Job Title: Brand Partnership Executive

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach. Execute lead generation programs with a focus on quality conversions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop innovative sales pitches tailored to each brand, ensuring every conversation is impactful. Engage clients through cold calls and in-person meetings, discussing campaign execution.
  • Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Track and report on outreach, conversations, and lead progression, staying on top of every opportunity.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights for improving business operations and client relationships.
  • Pipeline Management: Forecast and manage your pipeline to ensure steady sales growth, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and exceeding goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.
  • Freshers with a hunger for growth and right networking skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to brand needs quickly.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and eagerness to thrive in a competitive and fast-evolving environment.
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and balance client expectations with precision.
