The role of HR Generalist involves overseeing full cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, analytics, and learning & development. Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and coordinate hiring processes, manage offers, and engage with new hires. This includes creating a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and beyond.
  • Talent Management: Onboard employees efficiently, document procedures, conduct induction sessions, confirm employment, and analyze exit interviews. Effective talent management contributes significantly to employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage Internship Process: Coordinate internship programs that provide valuable work experience to students and interns while ensuring they meet the organization's needs.
  • Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute employee engagement programs based on business requirements. Regular feedback and recognition are crucial for boosting morale and productivity.
  • L&D: Conduct HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs that cater to the organization's growth strategies. Soft skills training enhances collaboration and efficiency within teams.
  • HR Projects: Lead HR projects in talent-focused areas, plan, and execute initiatives that drive business outcomes. Analyzing data and metrics helps inform strategic decisions.
  • HR Analytics/Dashboards: Create dashboards and reports to track HR metrics and send updates to management regularly. Data-driven insights facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications: A good academic record and an MBA in HR from a reputable university are highly valued. Strong analytical skills, combined with effective communication and interpersonal abilities, make a great candidate.
