Associate Manager HRBP Role

This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization as an Associate Manager HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business objectives, driving performance management processes, and fostering a positive work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide actionable insights to support organizational success.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and development plans.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and create a culture of open communication.
  • Talent Management: Support talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs.
  • Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure HR practices are aligned with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Change Management: Partner with business teams to implement organizational changes effectively and efficiently.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to deliver impactful development programs.
  • Culture & Values: Foster a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, or high-growth organization
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
