We are seeking a skilled System Support Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality technical support for our Microsoft systems.

**Job Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft systems, specifically Windows 7, 8.1, and 10, within an IT Infrastructure function.
  • Must have knowledge of PC hardware architecture and common desktop applications such as MS Office, virus scans, and Ghost.
  • Familiarity with SCCM and its operations, including application installation and patch management.
  • Prior experience in providing remote desktop support is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other related protocols.
  • Good comprehension of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS, as well as user profile management principles.
  • Proven customer service skills and effective written and oral communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft systems within the IT Infrastructure function.
  • Install and manage SCCM for application deployment and patch management purposes.
  • Offer remote desktop support services.
  • Ensure smooth operation of desktop applications by managing user profiles effectively.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of network fundamentals and continue to develop customer service skills.
