
Territory Expansion Manager

As a Territory Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth of retail channels within a designated territory. This includes overseeing the performance of preferred outlets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of hygiene and governance, and driving team productivity to achieve operational goals.
- Drive channel expansion and acquisition targets by developing strategic plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor retail outlet performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance overall sales and customer satisfaction.
- Operationalize Jio points, guaranteeing seamless customer interactions, and fostering a culture of excellence among team members.
- Lead by example, promoting a work environment that prioritizes employee well-being, engagement, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute territory expansion strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide feedback, and coach team members.
Requirements
- Graduation degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong competencies in territory familiarity, distribution management, people management, communication, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving, and process orientation.
