About the Role

This position oversees the management of project managers and implementation experts to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and customer-satisfying project deployment.

The Director will be responsible for leading a team that achieves results and delivers measurable outcomes for the business and its customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project managers with operational excellence to drive predictability
  • Managing portfolio profitability
  • Enabling project managers with necessary tools and skills to set scope, timeline, and deliverables
  • Ensuring proper resource planning
  • Building strong cross-functional and customer relationships
Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in leading professional services delivery teams in a SaaS environment and managing P&L. Relevant skills and qualifications include:

  • Portfolio forecasting and resource allocation
  • Strong analytical thinking and system perspective
  • Innovative thinking and ability to translate details into a big-picture view
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
  • Experience building high-performing teams and technical aptitude with project management tools

A strong understanding of government processes and protocols is a plus.
