Job Title: Digital Delivery Lead

 

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our software development initiatives. As a Digital Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through Agile software development initiatives as both Project Manager and Scrum Master.
  • Manage the PDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams, including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Foster communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Leverage your expertise in Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams.
