Overview:

This role is responsible for leading social media strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Strategist – Social Media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with their business goals.
  • Lead and oversee the development of digital and social media strategies, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Advocate for clients by ensuring that campaigns align with their objectives, rather than just completing tasks.
  • Stay updated on major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and best practices for each.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings and identify opportunities for upselling and improving performance.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of total experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading a team, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
