Job Title: Delivery Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our delivery team, driving the successful execution of projects and ensuring high-quality solutions for our clients.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and overseeing project managers, developers, and architects.
  • They will be responsible for supporting hiring and training initiatives, as well as working closely with clients to meet their needs and manage expectations.
  • The selected individual will engage in delivery governance forums, collaborate with the sales team on proposals and strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Additionally, they will lead account mining activities, ensuring cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Our team member will collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making, guiding the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
  • Span of Control: Lead delivery teams of 200 to 250 engineers and build and groom next 2 levels of delivery leaders.
  • Portfolio: A high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of USD 15M to USD 20M, with a significant portion coming from winning new deals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Track and control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to details.
