We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee internal projects across multiple business functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects across departments, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards, leveraging best practices to optimize outcomes.
  • Utilize appropriate project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure on-time delivery, staying ahead of emerging trends and challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify risks and conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact and maximize opportunities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams, empowering them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Continuously improve processes and frameworks to enhance project delivery outcomes, driving business growth and competitiveness.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience handling multiple internal projects, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and budget management, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination, with a strong understanding of market trends and industry developments.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar), with a ability to leverage technology to drive process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a bias for action and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
