Job Title:
Automation Specialist for Enterprise Systems

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in development, automation testing, and enterprise systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement automation scripts using Python and related tools
• Design and maintain comprehensive test frameworks to ensure efficient testing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
• At least 7+ years of professional experience in software development, automation testing, and/or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Python, including hands-on experience with popular libraries and frameworks
• Familiarity with generative AI tools, such as GitHub Copilot, and at least 1 year of experience working on projects that integrate GenAI capabilities
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, Helios, and GitHub Actions
• Understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to drive problem-solving and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in capital markets or related industries
• Strong domain knowledge in finance, banking, or other relevant sectors
• Certifications in related fields, such as DevOps or cloud computing
