Project Management Executive

The Project Management Executive will oversee the construction and fit-out of new showrooms and related works, ensuring adherence to launch plans. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project sites for Ground Floor Control (GFC).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for design and material approvals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Manage civil and interiors works across company offices and showrooms, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
  • Execute projects across multiple locations on time, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with architects to develop store layouts that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Plan manpower allocation for construction, taking into account skill sets and workload.
  • Regularly review progress with stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Implement best practices for interior works, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in tracking new store launches, providing critical insights and data-driven recommendations.
