Job Title: Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced delivery professional to lead the successful implementation of a large-scale API integration project.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering complex projects, with expertise in API-driven product delivery and igaming industry knowledge.

This is a 3-month assignment that requires collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of a robust B2B API that meets technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. API and Technical Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the B2B API integration.
  • Define and validate API requirements based on Group specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed API use cases, flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure API contracts, documentation, and testing frameworks are in place for smooth partner integration.
Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Drive the delivery plan across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring requirements are captured, tracked, and delivered.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, compliance, and operations teams to unblock issues and maintain delivery momentum.
Compliance and Regulatory Alignment
  • Ensure the API integration complies with market-specific regulations and igaming standards.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance to validate requirements and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of relevant gaming regulations across target markets.
Delivery Excellence
  • Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and of high quality, balancing technical detail with commercial priorities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Support post-delivery validation, partner onboarding, and operational readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager or Technical Consultant, delivering large-scale API or B2B platform projects.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration flows, and API documentation standards (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in igaming or closely related regulated industries.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery.
