Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Process Specialist. As a key member of our Client Delivery Services group, you will work closely with clients, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a logical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in groups. You will be responsible for analyzing client data, testing application functionality, documenting requirements, and communicating with clients on meeting agendas, system demos, and client inquiries.

You will also be expected to take client calls, navigate issues to closure, test system functionality, report issues, and drive completion. Additionally, you will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, along with 6+ years of relevant experience. Experience in implementation and delivery services software and tools is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions.

  • Analyzing client data for data loading and verifying application functionality
  • Capturing and understanding client requirements and mapping to product solutions
  • Documenting requirements that may require further configurations
  • Client communication on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries
  • Taking client calls and navigating issues to closure
  • Testing system functionality, reporting issues, and driving completion
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in implementation and delivery services software and tools
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions
