Our team seeks an expert in data analytics and strategy to empower business growth through insights-driven decision making. The successful candidate will develop and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using advanced tools to identify opportunities and risks.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. This includes working closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business intelligence initiatives.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong SQL and data modeling capabilities, proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, and experience with Python or R. A solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills).
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
