CyberSolve is a fast-growing Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist firm with aspirations of becoming the world's largest company in the IAM space.

The company's 350+ specialists solve interesting puzzles in Non-Employee IAM, Rapid App onboarding, access certifications, etc. for some of the largest retailers, banks, pharma giants, governments, and airlines.

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 Support Engineer who will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform.

This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Logs and code debugging to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaboration with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.
  • Management of connectors for various target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, etc.).
  • Implementation and management of SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.
  • Environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.
  • Maintenance of technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events).
  • Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incidents.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Exposure to SailPoint IIQ upgrades and migrations.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in IAM.
