Job Role: Senior IAM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior IAM consultant to spearhead our access review initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Saviynt platform, enabling them to design and implement efficient user access review processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with clients to understand their access review requirements and objectives. This involves developing customized access review campaigns that align with clients' organizational structures and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure user access review campaigns in the Saviynt platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their user access review requirements and objectives.
  • Customize access review workflows to align with clients' organizational structure and business processes.
  • Configure automated access certification campaigns to streamline the review process.
  • Provide guidance and training to client administrators on managing access review campaigns and performing access certifications using the Saviynt platform.
  • Monitor access review activities and metrics to ensure that reviews are completed on time.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to user access review processes in the Saviynt platform.
  • Stay current with Saviynt product updates, new features, and industry trends in access governance and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience implementing and configuring user access review processes using the Saviynt platform or similar access governance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks, such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
  • Experience with configuring access review campaigns, access certification workflows, and access risk analysis in Saviynt or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
