Senior Identity Governance Specialist

About the Position:

This role involves working with various teams to onboard applications into our identity governance system.

The responsibilities include interacting with application owners, understanding their systems, explaining integration processes, gathering information relevant to IAM processes within applications, coordinating custom development, testing, and validating integrations, and maintaining accurate statuses for onboarded applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new applications by interacting with application owners and explaining integration processes
  • Gather relevant information for IAM processes within applications
  • Coordinate and test custom development for integration
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements
  • Maintain accurate statuses for onboarded applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience in IGA development as an engineer or analyst
  • Experience with identity mapping, source/target application configuration, and SailPoint-based identity management solutions
  • Familiarity with RBAC analysis and implementation, certification campaigns, remediation processes, and report creation
  • Proficiency in developing custom workflows, forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates, and reports
  • Knowledge of lifecycle management, joiner events, leaver events, manager transfer events, and application onboarding

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification

Additional Information:
