Senior Technical Analyst Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join our Identity Governance team.

  • This role involves onboarding applications and ensuring seamless integration with our Identity Governance system.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will interact with application owners to understand their systems and requirements.
  • Gathering information relevant to the IAM process within applications is also a key responsibility.
  • Coordinating, testing, and validating custom development required by app teams is another essential duty.
  • Working with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements is crucial.
  • Assisting app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is also an important aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining accurate statuses for all onboarded applications is vital.
  • Collaborating with multiple application teams simultaneously is a key challenge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7-9 years of experience working as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst is required.
  • Updated Identity Mapping and configured Source and target applications for attributes are necessary skills.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for Lifecycle Management (LCM)/Joiner/Leaver Provisioning is desirable.
  • Administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions is essential.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation experience is highly valued.
  • Launching certification campaigns and follow-up remediation processes is a key responsibility.
  • Developing or working with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates is a valuable skill.
  • Creating custom reports for specific and general purposes is an important task.
  • Rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment are critical.
  • Lifecycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event is a key aspect of this role.
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, and Active Directory and LDAP applications, is a significant responsibility.
