Job Overview

Seeking an experienced professional to lead full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

  • Coordinate with development teams to provide better understanding of business user needs and resolve queries related to requirements
  • Document business requirements, review them with business and technology teams, and obtain customer acceptance for the same
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective communication of business user needs
  • Develop and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business and technology teams
  • Establish acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios, working closely with business users
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM (2016-2015)
  • Familiarity with MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
  • Excellent communication skills, able to address user questions and concerns
  • Proficiency in Agile or Waterfall approach, depending on business requirements
  • Experience with SSRS reporting services

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Customer Engagement, including Field Services and Project Service Automation
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
