We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our influencer initiatives across various platforms, discovering new talent, coordinating collaborations, managing outreach, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research relevant influencers aligning with our brand values.
  • Pitch collaboration ideas and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Update influencer databases regularly.
Campaign Coordination:
  • Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Content & Engagement Tracking:
  • Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
  • Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
  • Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.
Relationship Management:
  • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation.
Cross-team Support:
  • Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams.
  • Support influencer gifting and event campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields.
  • Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
