We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our hiring efforts.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet ambitious hiring targets across departments and locations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Diversify sourcing channels using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other mediums.
  2. Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  3. Prioritize candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
  4. Track and report key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
  5. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Requirements
  • Post Graduate
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring.
  • Understanding of diversity hiring practices.
  • High energy, result-driven, and driven by performance metrics.
