Job Title: Oracle EBS HCM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled specialist with 3–5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Human Capital Management modules.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Core HR and Payroll functionalities with exposure to Self-Service HR or iRecruitment as an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules focusing on Core HR and Payroll areas.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM features.
  • Develop functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM R12 On-Premise.
  • Strong understanding of Core HR and Payroll; knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
