Job Description
At Discoveries Quintessential, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Director to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through rigorous cold calling and meeting potential corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through targeted outreach and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and tailor pitches to effectively close sales.
- Gather travel requirements and pitch Company's Business Residences as a solution.
- Source properties for clients and prepare well-documented proposals.
- Work with the operations team to ensure client needs are met.
- Generate leads through various sources and channels.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from onboarding to closing revenue deals.
- Maintain accurate sales trackers and collect outstanding amounts from clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and cycles.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
