Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.">
  • Master's degree preferred.">
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3.5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.">
  • Proven experience delivering Managed IT services internationally, especially to U.S. clients.">
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).">
  • Ability to develop IT strategies, policies, and guidelines, and implement them effectively.">
  • Experience managing remote teams and cross-cultural environments.">
  • Knowledge of IT compliance, security, and risk management frameworks.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.">
